  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (optional)

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cheese, red onion, and cucumber if using.

  3. Pour in the ranch dressing and toss everything together until well coated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
