A simple and delicious chicken breast recipe featuring tender, pan-seared chicken seasoned with garlic and herbs, perfect for any quick dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  4. Add butter and garlic to the pan, and spoon the melted garlic butter over the chicken for added flavor.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
