These Chicken Club Lettuce Wraps are a fresh, low-carb twist on the classic club sandwich. Packed with grilled or rotisserie chicken, crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, avocado, and a touch of mayo, all wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves, they’re a perfect lunch or light dinner. Quick, easy, and totally satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped (grilled or rotisserie)

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • 1 head butter lettuce or romaine, leaves separated and washed

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Cook and crumble the bacon. Slice avocado and tomatoes. If using fresh chicken, grill or cook and chop it.

  2. Build the wraps: Lay out the lettuce leaves. Spread a little mayo on each leaf.

  3. Add the fillings: Top each leaf with a scoop of chicken, a few tomato halves, avocado slices, bacon crumbles, and a sprinkle of cheddar if using.

  4. Season and serve: Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll or fold the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of ranch dressing or drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  • Great with turkey bacon for a leaner option.

 

  • Use iceberg lettuce if you prefer a crunchier texture.
