Chicken Parmesan Gnocchi Bake is a comforting, cheesy casserole combining pillowy gnocchi, tender chicken, marinara sauce, and gooey mozzarella, all baked to golden perfection.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, drain, and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine gnocchi, cooked chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end if you want a golden, crispy top.
