Ingredients

  • 4 chicken sausages, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread sausage and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for color and variety.
  4. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and sausage is browned and heated through.
  5. Remove from grill and serve hot.
