½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

1 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)

1 tbsp crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Yogurt Clusters
In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 3: Coat the Clusters
Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
Place them back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with crushed nuts, coconut, or sprinkles (if using).
Step 4: Freeze & Serve
Freeze for another 15–20 minutes, until chocolate is set.
