Rich and indulgent chocolate peanut butter fudge bars made with a soft peanut butter base and a thick, smooth chocolate topping for the perfect no-bake treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (for topping)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract (and salt if using), then pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use crunchy peanut butter for added texture.
  • For a sweeter base, substitute some of the graham cracker crumbs with crushed digestive biscuits or cookies.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
