Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy, no-bake treat combining the classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for holidays or any sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chopped peanuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Add peanut butter and salt, stirring until fully incorporated.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Top with chopped peanuts if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut into squares and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • You can swirl extra peanut butter on top before chilling for a decorative effect.
  • This fudge can be frozen for up to 2 months.
