This Chocolate S’mores Cheeseball is a creamy, chocolatey dessert dip packed with marshmallow fluff, crushed graham crackers, and mini chocolate chips. Serve it with graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for the ultimate sweet dip!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup marshmallow fluff
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

For Coating:

  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows, chopped

For Serving:

 

  • Graham crackers
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Pretzels
  • Strawberries

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cheeseball Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.

Step 2: Shape and Chill

  1. Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap.
  2. Wrap it up and shape into a ball.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm.

Step 3: Coat the Cheeseball

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, and chopped mini marshmallows.
  2. Roll the chilled cheeseball in the coating mixture until fully covered.

Step 4: Serve

  1. Place on a serving platter and surround with graham crackers, cookies, or pretzels.
  2. Enjoy immediately or chill until ready to serve!

Notes

  • To make it extra gooey, drizzle melted chocolate over the cheeseball before serving.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Add crushed peanut butter cups for a fun twist!
