1. Prepare your workspace:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
2. Melt the chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Add the coconut oil, if using.
- Microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
3. Combine the ingredients:
- Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Add the roasted peanuts and half of the M&M candies. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
4. Form the clusters:
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
- Press a few additional M&M candies on top of each cluster for decoration.
5. Chill and set:
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm.
6. Serve or store:
- Transfer the clusters to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or at room temperature for up to 1 week.
