  • 1/2 cup olives (green and black)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish and wreath shape)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette (on the side)

Instructions

  1. Arrange fresh rosemary sprigs in a circular shape on a large round platter or board to form the base of the wreath.
  2. Evenly distribute the folded salami and prosciutto around the rosemary circle.
  3. Add cheese cubes or slices in clusters between the meats.
  4. Fill in gaps with green grapes, red grapes or cranberries, cherry tomatoes, and olives for color and variety.
  5. Scatter nuts in small piles around the board.
  6. Add more rosemary sprigs as needed to enhance the wreath shape and give it a fuller look.
  7. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette on the side.
