Churro Toffee Bugles are the ultimate sweet and salty snack. Crunchy Bugles are coated in creamy white chocolate, dusted with cinnamon sugar, and have a hint of buttery toffee flavor. Perfect for parties, gifting, or anytime you crave a fun and festive treat!

  • 6 cups (150g) Bugles snacks
  • 1 cup (175g) white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup (40g) toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar:
    • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Coat the Bugles:
    • Place the Bugles in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the Bugles and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Add the Toppings:
    • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar and toffee bits over the Bugles. Toss gently to ensure an even coating.
  5. Set the Coating:
    • Spread the coated Bugles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer. Let them sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Once the coating is set, transfer the Churro Toffee Bugles to a serving bowl or airtight container. Enjoy immediately or store for later!
