1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped for extra spice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

Notes
