This Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing is creamy, zesty, and packed with fresh herb flavor. It’s the perfect topping for salads, tacos, burrito bowls, or as a dip for veggies and chips. Super easy to make and full of bold, refreshing taste!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup buttermilk

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

  6. Serve chilled. Stir before serving if the dressing has settled.

 


Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

  • Blend it in a food processor for a smoother texture.
