These Cinnamon Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a delicious blend of maple syrup, cinnamon, and butter. Perfect as a side dish for fall dinners, Thanksgiving, or any cozy meal!

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional, for extra warmth)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for depth)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven & Prep Pan

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2️⃣ Make the Maple Cinnamon Coating

  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
