Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are rich, chewy dessert bars infused with cinnamon-sugar swirls and topped with a creamy glaze, delivering all the comforting flavors of a cinnamon roll in a simple bar form.

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Spread half the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and granulated sugar, then sprinkle evenly over the batter.
  8. Top with remaining batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool completely before drizzling with a glaze made by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the bars moist and chewy.
