Citrus Honey Salad Dressing is a bright, tangy, and naturally sweet vinaigrette made with fresh citrus juice and honey—perfect for drizzling over leafy greens, fruit salads, or grain bowls.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and orange zest if using. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
