Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing or ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, dressing, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning (if using). Stir until evenly combined.
  • Roll Out the Dough:
    • Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rectangle about 6×8 inches.
  • Assemble the Chicken Bakes:
    • Spoon about ½ cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each dough rectangle, leaving a border around the edges.
    • Fold the sides of the dough over the filling, then roll it up tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edges. Pinch any open seams to prevent leaks.
  • Add Egg Wash:
    • Place the assembled chicken bakes seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  • Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Serve:
    • Let the chicken bakes cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy bake, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • Add diced onions or spinach to the filling for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
