This Cotton Candy Fudge is a whimsical treat that’s creamy, sweet, and bursting with nostalgic cotton candy flavor. With vibrant pastel colors, it’s perfect for parties, holiday gifts, or anytime you want a fun and unique dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 drops cotton candy flavoring (optional but recommended)
  • Pink and blue gel food coloring
  • Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Fudge Base:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and cotton candy flavoring, if using.

Divide and Color:

  1. Divide the fudge mixture evenly into two bowls.
  2. Add a small amount of pink gel food coloring to one bowl and blue gel food coloring to the other. Stir each until the colors are evenly distributed.

Create the Swirl Effect:

  1. Drop spoonfuls of pink and blue fudge alternately into the prepared baking dish. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together for a marbled effect.

Add Sprinkles and Set:

  1. If desired, sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles for a fun finish.
  2. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Serve:

  1. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Customization: Use other pastel colors or add edible glitter for a magical touch.
  • Flavor Options: If you don’t have cotton candy flavoring, you can use a mix of vanilla and almond extracts for a similar taste.
