Ingredients

Scale

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or similar)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter (for scrambling eggs)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 sausage patties, cooked and halved
  • 8 slices cheddar or American cheese

For the Butter Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Eggs:
    • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
    • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the egg mixture and scramble until just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
    • Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the buns.
    • Add the chopped bacon and halved sausage patties on top of the eggs.
    • Layer with cheese slices to cover the filling. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  4. Make the Butter Glaze:
    • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey or maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the slider buns.
  5. Bake the Sliders:
    • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
