  • 8 imitation crab sticks (surimi), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in half of the imitation crab pieces (reserve the rest for topping).
  3. Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to chill and let flavors meld.
  4. To serve, place a dollop of crab dip onto each cracker.
  5. Top with a piece of imitation crab and a sprinkle of chopped chives or parsley.
  6. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
