A fresh and tangy cranberry relish made with just three ingredients — a no-cook side that’s bright, zesty, and perfect for holiday meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium orange (with peel), seeded and chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and drain well.
  2. Add the cranberries, chopped orange (including peel), and sugar to a food processor.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but still slightly chunky. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  5. Stir before serving. Enjoy as a side with turkey, chicken, or sandwiches.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar to taste for a sweeter or more tart relish.
  • Best made a day ahead to let flavors develop.
  • Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
