Crazy Easy Baked Brie is the ultimate effortless appetizer made with warm, melty brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden brown. Perfect for holidays or any gathering.

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons jam or preserves (e.g., raspberry, apricot, or fig)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (e.g., pecans or walnuts, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry. Top with jam and chopped nuts if using.
  4. Fold the puff pastry around the brie, trimming excess and sealing the edges.
