Creamy Cajun Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta is a cozy, spicy twist on classic Alfredo, blending smooth pumpkin purée, Cajun spices, and Parmesan cheese into a rich, flavorful sauce over tender pasta.

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
