This creamy feta and dill dressing is tangy, fresh, and packed with flavor. It’s made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, lemon juice, and fresh dill. It’s great as a salad dressing, dip, or drizzle for grilled meats and veggies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tsp dried dill)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • ½ tsp honey (optional)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2–4 tbsp water (to thin as needed)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients:
Add all ingredients—except water—to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

  2. Adjust Consistency:
If the dressing is too thick, add water 1 tablespoon at a time and blend again until it reaches your desired texture.

  3. Taste and Adjust:
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lemon juice, or dill if needed.

  4. Serve or Store:
Use right away or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess: Use a block-style feta for better texture and flavor.

  • No blender? Mash the feta with a fork and whisk everything together for a chunkier version.

  • Perfect pairings: Salads, grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, pita wraps, or as a dip for raw veggies.
