Succulent lobster tails baked in a rich and flavorful creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for an indulgent seafood dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
  3. Place lobster tails in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter cream mixture evenly over each lobster tail.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a golden top, if desired.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with extra parsley.

Notes

  • Be careful not to overcook the lobster to keep it tender.
  • Use fresh lobster tails for best flavor, but frozen (thawed) also works.
  • Double the sauce if serving with pasta or rice.
