Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and smoother sauce.
