This Creamy Greek Salad Dressing is a rich and tangy dressing that combines classic Mediterranean flavors with a smooth and luscious texture. Made with Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs, this homemade dressing is perfect for drizzling over salads, as a dip for veggies, or as a marinade for meats. It’s a healthier, fresher alternative to store-bought dressings and can be whipped up in minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil​
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt​
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar​
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice​
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard​
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)​
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano​
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder​
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder​
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste​

Instructions

  • juice, Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth.​
  • Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.​
  • Add the dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.​
