This Creamy Pickle Dip is tangy, crunchy, and seriously addictive! Made with cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill pickles, and a few pantry staples, it comes together in minutes and is perfect for chips, crackers, or fresh veggies. It’s the ultimate party dip for pickle lovers!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles (about 4 medium pickles)

  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

  • Optional: 1/4 cup finely diced red onion or green onion

  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (for a little kick)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

  2. Stir in chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

  3. Add fresh dill and optional onions or red pepper flakes if using.

  4. Mix well, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.

  6. Serve cold with chips, pretzels, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • Use your favorite dill pickles—classic, kosher, or spicy dills all work great.

  • Make ahead and store in the fridge up to 3 days.

  • If the dip thickens too much after chilling, stir in a splash of milk or more pickle juice to loosen it.
