Creamy Whipped Goat Cheese is a tangy, smooth spread made by blending goat cheese with cream cheese and a touch of honey, perfect for serving with crackers, vegetables, or as a base for savory toasts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (optional, such as thyme, chives, or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, milk, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend or whip with a hand mixer until smooth, light, and fluffy, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Fold in fresh herbs if using.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 15–20 minutes for firmer texture if desired.
  5. Serve with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • For a savory variation, skip the honey and add roasted garlic or sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Excellent as a spread on sandwiches or as a base for tartines and toasts.
