  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for brushing, optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Step 2: Assemble the Crescent Rolls

  1. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  2. Place an apple slice at the wide end of each triangle.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the apple slices.
  4. Drizzle with melted butter and add a drop of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Step 3: Roll & Bake

  1. Roll up each crescent dough triangle, starting from the wide end, enclosing the apple inside.
  2. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  3. Brush the tops with milk for a golden finish.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy

  2. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!

Notes

  • Swap apples for pears or peaches for a fun variation.
  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for extra crunch!

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temp for 2 days, or reheat in the oven for crispiness.
