Golden, crispy tater tots baked to perfection and coated with savory Parmesan cheese, making them a delicious and easy snack or side dish.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
  • Ranch or ketchup, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, toss frozen tater tots with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread tater tots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and parsley, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
