Crispy Cheesy Chicken Ranch Patties are savory, golden-brown patties made with shredded chicken, cheese, and ranch seasoning. Perfect for a quick dinner, sandwich filling, or tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plus more for coating)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 6–8 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Optional: coat each patty in additional breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with extra ranch for dipping, or in buns as sandwiches.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes if you prefer a lighter version.
  • Freeze uncooked patties for up to 2 months; thaw before cooking.
