This light and zesty refresher is made with fresh cucumber, mint, and lime. It’s naturally hydrating, super refreshing, and easy to whip up in just a few minutes. Perfect for sipping on hot days or serving at summer parties!
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1–2 limes, juiced (plus a bit of zest, optional)
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
8 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Optional: 1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (for a hint of sweetness)
Optional garnish: cucumber slices, lime wedges, extra mint sprigs
Build the base:
Add sliced cucumber, lime juice, zest (if using), and mint leaves to a large pitcher.
Muddle the flavor:
Gently muddle everything with a spoon to help release the flavors.
Add liquid & chill:
Pour in the cold water. Stir to combine. Add sweetener, if using, and adjust to taste. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Serve:
Fill glasses with ice and pour the refresher over. Garnish with cucumber slices, lime wedges, or a mint sprig.
Make it fizzy: Swap half the water for sparkling water or club soda just before serving.
Party-ready: Easily doubles or triples for a crowd.
Smoothie option: Blend cucumber, lime juice, mint, ice, and a little honey for a frozen twist.
