Deep Hamburger, Sausage & Pepperoni Pie is a hearty and savory dish featuring layers of seasoned ground beef, Italian sausage, spicy pepperoni, and cheese baked in a deep-dish pie crust—perfect for meat lovers.

  • 1 deep-dish pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, sausage, and onion until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Pre-bake for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Spoon half of the meat mixture into the crust, then layer with half the pepperoni and half the cheeses.
  6. Repeat with the remaining meat mixture, pepperoni, and cheeses.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use a mix of mozzarella and provolone for added flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
  • Serve with a green salad to balance the richness.
