Dessert Nachos are a fun, crispy, and sweet twist on classic nachos! Made with crunchy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips and topped with fruits, chocolate, caramel, and whipped cream, these nachos are the perfect treat for parties, holidays, or a late-night snack.

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

  • 6 flour tortillas (small, fajita-size)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana slices
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (or ice cream)
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the tortillas.
  • Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles (like nachos).

2. Bake or Air Fry:

  • Oven: Arrange tortilla triangles on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  • Air Fryer: Cook at 350°F for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through.

3. Assemble the Nachos:

  • Arrange cinnamon sugar chips on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce.
  • Top with fresh fruit, nuts, mini marshmallows, and whipped cream.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve immediately with extra chocolate or ice cream on the side!

Notes

Make It Extra Decadent: Add Nutella drizzle or crushed Oreos.
Healthier Version: Use whole wheat tortillas and Greek yogurt instead of whipped cream.
