Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

  • ¾ cup finely chopped dill pickles

  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth and creamy.

  2. Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions if using.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

  5. Serve with chips, pretzels, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • For extra tang, add a splash of white vinegar or more pickle juice.

  • Make it lighter by using low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt.
