Adorable and easy-to-make Easter Bunny Crescent Bites filled with sweet cream cheese and fruit preserves, perfect for holiday brunch or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves (such as strawberry or raspberry)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sprinkles or sanding sugar (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips or black sesame seeds (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half to create smaller triangles.
  4. Add 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture and 1/2 tsp of fruit preserves to the center of each triangle.
  5. Fold the corners over the filling and shape each into a bunny by pinching dough to form ears.
  6. Brush tops with egg wash and decorate with sprinkles if desired. Add chocolate chips or seeds for eyes.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use different jams for variety in flavor and color.
  • Let kids help decorate the bunnies for a fun family activity.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
