Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (or milk/semi-sweet chocolate for a classic fudge!)
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups Easter candies (chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs, M&M’s, or crushed Peeps!)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (for extra fluff!)
  • ¼ cup sprinkles (pastel or Easter-themed!)
  • ½ tsp almond extract (for a unique flavor twist!)

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. (Or melt over a double boiler.)
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.

Step 2: Add the Candy & Mix-Ins

  1. Fold in ½ of the chopped Easter candies, keeping some for the top.
  2. (Optional) Stir in mini marshmallows or sprinkles for extra texture.

Step 3: Set the Fudge

  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining Easter candies and extra sprinkles on top.
  3. Gently press down so they stick.

Step 4: Chill & Slice

  1. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
  2. Once firm, lift out of the pan and cut into small squares.
  3. Serve and enjoy your festive Easter fudge!
