  • Easter-themed sprinkles (for topping)

  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing pan)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  3. Add the 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted and smooth.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  5. Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.

  6. If using, fold in the pastel-colored mini marshmallows for extra color and texture.

  7. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish using a greased spatula or wax paper.

  8. Immediately top with Easter sprinkles and press lightly so they stick.

  9. Let cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
