1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: chopped parsley or lemon juice for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes of baking.
