This easy banana caramel dessert is a sweet and creamy treat that comes together in just minutes. Made with ripe bananas, buttery caramel sauce, and whipped cream, it’s perfect for when you want something simple but indulgent. No baking required!
2 ripe bananas, sliced
½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
4 graham crackers, crushed (optional, for layering or topping)
A pinch of sea salt (optional, for salted caramel flavor)
Slice the bananas and set them aside.
In serving glasses or bowls, layer crushed graham crackers (if using), banana slices, and caramel sauce.
Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the caramel.
Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel.
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top if you like a salty-sweet combo.
Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving.
For a homemade caramel sauce, melt ½ cup sugar in a pan over medium heat until golden, then stir in 2 tablespoons butter and ¼ cup heavy cream.
You can also add chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips for extra texture.
