These Easy Chicken Wraps are a quick and customizable meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or even meal prep. Made with tender chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy dressing, they’re both healthy and satisfying!

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover chicken works great)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup cucumbers, thinly sliced (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing, Caesar dressing, or your favorite sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Heat the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
    • Toss the chicken with ranch dressing or your preferred sauce in a medium bowl.
  2. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or extra dressing, if desired.
    • Add a layer of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese to the center of the tortilla.
    • Top with the seasoned chicken and avocado slices, if using.
  3. Roll the Wraps:
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
    • Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Serve:
    • Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
