2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add sliced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir to coat.
