This creamy Greek yogurt salad dressing is light, tangy, and super easy to make in just 5 minutes. It’s packed with flavor, made with simple ingredients, and perfect for tossing on salads, using as a dip, or drizzling over grain bowls and wraps.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or parsley (optional, for extra flavor)
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar until smooth.
Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add chopped herbs, if using, and mix well.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Store in a sealed jar or container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake or stir before each use.
For a thinner consistency, add a splash of water or milk.
Swap the lemon juice for lime for a tangy twist.
