1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup angel food cake or pound cake, cubed (optional)
1.5 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
1 tsp vanilla extract (if using homemade whipped cream)

Instructions
Prepare the whipped cream: If using homemade, whip chilled cream with vanilla extract and sugar until soft peaks form.
In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer cubed cake (if using), followed by strawberries, a dollop of whipped cream, then blueberries and raspberries.
