These easy fudgy Oreo brownies are the ultimate chocolate treat! They’re gooey, rich, and stuffed with chunks of Oreo cookies in every bite. You only need a few simple ingredients to whip up a batch, and they’re perfect for parties, bake sales, or just because.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1012 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped (plus a few extra for topping)

  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips for extra fudginess

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until combined.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

  4. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined—don’t overmix.

  5. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and chocolate chips, if using.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  7. Press a few extra Oreo pieces on top for decoration.

  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  9. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • For even fudgier brownies, underbake slightly and chill before slicing.

  • Use double-stuffed Oreos for extra indulgence.

  • These freeze well—store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
