This Easy Mango Salsa is fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. Made with sweet mango, zesty lime, and a hint of spice, it’s the perfect topping for tacos, grilled meats, or served with tortilla chips as a refreshing dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced

  • ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and add a pinch of salt.

  • Gently toss everything together until well mixed.

  • Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.

 

  • Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm mangoes for best texture.

  • Add a diced avocado for extra creaminess.

  • For a sweeter salsa, mix in a teaspoon of honey.

  • This salsa is great with fish tacos, grilled chicken, or on its own as a dip.
