Easy Saucy Ramen Noodles are a quick and flavorful meal made with instant ramen tossed in a savory, spicy, and slightly sweet sauce. Perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Toss well to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for 1–2 more minutes until noodles are heated through and sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if using. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Add sautéed veggies, a fried egg, or cooked chicken for a more filling meal.
  • Double the sauce if using more noodles or prefer extra sauciness.
  • Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce salt content.
