Watergate Salad is a light, fluffy dessert salad made with pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, whipped topping, and mini marshmallows—perfect for potlucks and holidays.

  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix with the undrained crushed pineapple. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is fully incorporated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend and the salad to set.
  5. Top with maraschino cherries or extra nuts before serving, if desired.
